Payment Terms Accepted Methods
Bank Transfer, UPIOption 1: 50% Advance + POD-Linked BalanceBuyer pays 50% advance at order confirmation.Upon completion, we share a video of the finished order and transport bill of lading.Buyer inspects and remits remaining 50% immediately before dispatch.Option 2: 50% Advance + Digital EscrowBuyer deposits 50% advance into escrow at order confirmation.Remaining 50% held in escrow, automatically released to us upon digital proof of delivery.
Pricing & GST
All prices are exclusive of GST.A GST-compliant invoice will be issued for every purchase.
Order, Delivery & Shipping
Standard production turnaround: 3–5 days (may vary by quantity and urgency).Shipping methods and delivery timeframes depend on order size and client location. No returns; defective items will be replaced free of cost.
Warranty & Liability
Fabric Quality Warranty: 6 months against fading or tearing under normal use.Exclusions: normal wear & tear, misuse, chemical damage, fire damage.Liability limited to replacement of defective items only.
Confidentiality
All customer logos, design files, measurements, and proprietary patterns remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
Repeat Orders
Design files and order specifications are retained for up to 2 years to facilitate quick reordering.
Force Majeure
Delays caused by government orders (e.g., lockdowns), natural disasters, or other events beyond our control are not our responsibility.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
First attempt resolution via mediation in Meerut.All disputes first addressed through local settlement discussions.If mediation fails, parties may proceed:– To courts in Meerut for matters under ₹5 lakhs.– To Delhi/NCR arbitration for orders above ₹5 lakhs.– To private arbitration in Meerut under the Indian Arbitration Act, 2015.All further disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the Uttar Pradesh High Court, Allahabad.By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
